The four-day workshop, provided by K9s United at no cost to attendees or their agencies, is hosted by the Kentucky State Police and will bring together 60 K9 teams from Kentucky, Georgia, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Tennessee. This specialized training, focused on K9 first aid, criminal apprehension and detection, is designed to enhance the skills of the attending K9 teams, helping them refine their abilities and expand their current skillsets to provide a more effective and professional service to the communities they proudly protect and serve.
